Ordering details & Shop Policies

I design and create each and every item that I offer in my catalog and every item is hand made, one at a time by me alone. This means I rarely carry any stock, so most orders are made when they are purchased. In most cases there can be a 1 to 3 week processing time between when you order and when your item will be ready to ship. This time varies slightly depending on what you order, so if time is of the essence then contact me directly and we can discuss the details of your timeline and hopefully make some accomidations to fit your needs. It is extremely important to me that I produce a quality product and I pride myself on my attention to detail. You are buying something directly from the artist that created it with their own hands, believe me, it is worth the wait.

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
